Winner of the Irish Pub Guides Dining Pub Of The Year for the sixth consecutive year (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004,2005 & 2006) as well as a Black & White award for 2000 & 2001, The Award Winning Leitrim Lounge is a family run and owned premises located on the seafront in Wicklow. Working with the family business for the last 23 years, Clifford Dowling took over the running of the pub several years ago from their father Pat.

 With easy access to some of County Wicklow's finest beaches as well as many a charming walkway, The Leitrim Lounge is a perfect place to stop for either a bit of grub, or a drink with a homely atmosphere. 

     Why not pay a visit to us on a Friday or Saturday night and enjoy the great selection of bands who provide fantastic music regularly. As well as that, we have music every sunday between the hours of 6-8 in the evening - a great way to round off the weekend! 

     Catering for 23 year-olds and upwards, our principal business comes from locals and has also proved very popular with tourists. Enjoying a regular string of customers from the ever expanding Industrial Estate, our lunch time carvery has proved very popular.

     Extensive renovations carried out six years ago, leaves The Leitrim Lounge as one of the most attractive pubs in the County. The Bar carries a sports theme throughout it with pieces  such as: the shorts worn by Olympic Gold Medalist boxer Michael Carruth. Soccer, rugby jerseys and World Cup Artifacts hang on the walls giving the sunset yellow bar a great surrounding. We have also recently added a new Off Licence stocking all major brands and more!

    Something for everybody's tastes, The Leitrim Lounge contains 11 televisions, 4  in the bar and 7  in the lounge. As well as a top of the range big screen for sports in the lounge and a magnificent Plasma Screen installed in the Bar. The lounge itself has a judical theme featuring historic court memorabilia as well as a Celtic mural, all partnered by wooden, stone and tiled floors with timbar bar and worktops.
